Using Updatesee
You may browse Updatesee without an account. Creating an account means you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised.
Listings and claims
Anyone may submit a business listing; every submission enters a verification queue before it is published. Claiming a listing means you confirm you are authorised to represent that business.
We may edit, unpublish or remove any listing that is inaccurate, duplicated, or in breach of these terms.
Reviews and content
Reviews must describe a genuine first-hand experience. Incentivised, fake, defamatory or off-topic reviews are removed. Business owners may reply publicly to any review but may not remove one.
You keep ownership of what you post and grant Updatesee a licence to display it on the platform.
Liability
Updatesee is a discovery platform, not a party to any transaction between you and a business. We work hard to keep listing details accurate but cannot guarantee them — always confirm critical details such as opening hours and pricing directly with the business.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and the policy version recorded against your consent is updated accordingly.
