About Ramakrishna Mission Sikshanamandira - RKMSM
Ramakrishna Mission Sikshanamandira offers B.Ed. and M.Ed. programmes for students who want to develop professional knowledge and skills in education. The B.Ed. programme helps learners build a foundation in teaching, classroom practices, educational concepts, and practical methods needed for working with students. It connects academic learning with teaching practice and encourages learners to approach classroom situations thoughtfully. The M.Ed. programme provides advanced study in education, covering areas such as educational research, curriculum, teacher education, inclusive education, educational planning, administration, and related subjects. It also supports research skills, analytical thinking, and a broader understanding of educational systems. Together, these programmes help students prepare for teaching, teacher education, research, and other academic roles while strengthening their professional capabilities and understanding of educational practices.
